Blossoms

I miss blossoms on the trees. It's not that I don't enjoy summer and the fruit that the tree bears, but now fall is right around the corner. School starts soon and then it gets cold. I don't like the cold. So today I am choosing to be transported back to when the weather was perfect and the blossoms were at their peak.

What is your favorite season?

  4. I've been thinking the same thing lately. No so much about flowers, but how school is just around the corner. Once school starts that slow slip into cold weather isn't far behind. Seems it took so long just to get warm this year. I'm not ready.

    1. Yes, the days are flying by this summer. I could use a time capsule to go back a few months :)

  5. This is a lovely photo! Summer is my favorite season. But i think it's because every other season here in Oregon is so rainy. Of course, i'm grateful for the rain too. It makes the trees and flowers so lush and glorious!

  7. Lovely photo of the blossoms and a wonderful scripture too. Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons. I don't like cold either but I guess God knew what He was doing when giving us 4-seasons.

  8. Oh, I've been thinking the same thing...although I don't worry about school any more, now that I've been retired for 11 years. ;-) But in my case, when the local rodeo is over, then I begin thinking that summer isn't long for this world. Beautiful blossoms!
