1. I miss the birds.
2. It is cold here and going to get colder. Like 4* cold. Dislike.
3. Even with heater tape around the water pipe at the chicken coop, it froze. And busted.
4. In order to encourage myself to clean out my craft supplies, I joined an online art journal group. Yep. I'm sure this is going to get those supplies cleaned out. ;)
5. I can no longer wear most of the shoes in my closet. Hmmm...

We seem to have fewer birds this year, maybe because they have enough to eat in the hedges. But I do love to see them on my bird feeder.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't seen as many either. I think the fact that there is a field right across from us that they seeded has a lot to do with it.
DeleteThe only birds I see at my feeder are sparrows. I wish I could attract other kinds. Sorry about the frozen pipe
ReplyDeleteYeah, the pipe is a bummer. Works great in summer though. It was strange that even the heater in the tank didn't keep it thawed. Just goes to show how cold it was :/
Deleteare the shoes uncomfortable or? i usually pass on shoes to my mom or on to goodwill. ( :
ReplyDeletehappy weekend!!

Since my surgery, my foot has changed shape. Weirdest thing!
DeleteHello friend! It is cold here too - I woke up to -2 this morning and there was a breeze as well, brrr... I do hope you stay warm! I love the idea of an online art journal group, sounds like fun :) And your shoes don't fit? That could be a good thing because now you can go buy more shoes :) haha Take care and have a most blessed week. Hugs to you
ReplyDeleteOh Stephanie, That is TOO cold!!! I hope you are staying nice and snuggy warm :)
DeleteLove your "to the point" facts this week Anne -- I seriously need to clear out some craft supplies -- would you mind if I mail them to you? Lol!
ReplyDeleteDo I usually ramble? hehe... I thought maybe I could mail you some craft supplies ;)
DeleteOh, you have chickens and fresh eggs! And a bird feeder! Please enjoy the birds for me; we can't have a feeder at our new home because of the snakes; the seed falls on the ground and brings in mice which brings in (more) snakes. Stay warm, sweet Anne!
ReplyDeleteI do have chickens, Cynthia! 25 of them, in fact, and we love having fresh eggs. Of course, today they are freezing almost as fast as they can lay them :)
DeleteHI Anne-I need to learn how to do all this journaling, crafty, mixed media art stuff! Visiting from random 5
