I signed up for another 52 weeks of Camera Shy Take 52 Photography Challenge. This photo of the fog and rain moving in is my first submission. It shows the 'Beginning' of the year being a dreary one.
It is already week two of the challenge and the weather is still rainy, foggy and cold.
I am hoping for some sunshine this weekend. It would sure make for a more pleasant photo excursion.
Have a blessed day!
For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known. ~1 Corinthians 13:12 (NASB)
Great shot, Anne! We're climbing into the 50's for the next few days. It'll seem like a heat wave. Hope it's cleared up down your way. Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteToday the sun came out!!! It was welcome, indeed. Hope you enjoy your weekend, too :)
Deletehet geeft heel mooi de sfeer van het jaargetijde weer.
ReplyDeleteThank you! It is sort of a gloomy mood but I like the starkness of the image. Have a great weekend.
DeleteBeautiful and somewhat eery at the same time - I love it! Happy weekend to you, my friend!
ReplyDeleteAwww...thanks, Stephanie! I hope you enjoy your weekend, too!
DeleteThough it be rainy foggy and cold, it is a beautiful photo, Anne.

Thanks, Debbie! Same to you :)
DeleteI love the foggy photo and your new header collage too. It's actually mild here today near the freezing mark but going to be very cold tonight. Blessings. Pam
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela, Thank you for noticing my header. Those were taken last year when we had snow and ice. So far just the gloomy rain and fog this year :) Have a blessed weekend!
DeleteMAN, we've had so much rain. Not complaining, mind you. Love your photography, Anne. You're a born picture taker (as my mom would say). Miss you. Can't wait to see you guys. xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI was so glad to see the sun finally make an appearance! One of these days I am coming to your place and make pictures. I love photographing farm/rural scenes :) xoxo
DeleteWonderful, and the Scripture edifies. Such a gifting. Thank you, Anne.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kathleen! I always enjoy visiting your blog and reading your reviews. They are unique and creative :)
DeleteThat's a lovely photo Anne, I love the feeling that there is something beyond the fog and the stark contrast of the tree. It really is a beautiful photograph.
